Meet the Staff
The members of the Michigan Orthopedic Specialists staff are experienced and caring people that will help ensure your visit is positive. They can assist you in making your appointment, familiarize you with our facilities and services, and keep you informed on how you can help make the most of your care and treatment.


Carol Tylutki, R.N., O.N.C.
Nurse Clinician

Carol earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing after her Associate degree in Nursing.  She has worked with the Michigan Orthopedic Specialist practice since 1999 as a Nurse Clinician.  Previously she was a Head Nurse in Orthopaedics at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center for almost 20 years.  She was also instrumental in the development and implementation of clinical pathways for total joints in the Oakwood Healthcare System.

In her free time Carol enjoys golfing and sings in her church choir.  She also is a volunteer parish nurse in Dearborn.


Pamela Olmstead, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Pamela graduated with her associate degree in nursing in 2000 and joined St. Joseph Mercy Hospital – Oakland as a pediatric registered nurse. In 2002 she moved to Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Pamela earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2006, becoming the first graduate of the accelerated associates to masters degree program. In 2008, Pamela joined Dr. Faulkner in his orthopedic practice and is involved in all aspect of patient care including surgical assisting, office visits and community education.

Annie D Lundberg, PA-C
Annie earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University in 2003. After graduation, she spent two years working as an orthopedic nurse at Sparrow Hospital in East Lansing, Michigan. Annie went on to earn a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.

After graduating PA school, Annie spent her first two years of practice in the surgical intensive care unit at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Returning to her love of orthopedics, she recently joined Dr. Patel’s busy and expanding orthopedic spine practice. Annie will see patients in the spine clinic, assist in surgery and assess patients in the hospital. Her focus being to educate patients and their families regarding spine conditions, surgery, rehabilitation, and prevention.
